Surprise surprise surprise! UPS called me today and asked about my kiln. I assumed that it was in response to the claim I made. I gave the person on the other end of the line the description and she said thanks. I asked her how long it would take and she said that she didn’t know. Then she backtracked and said they would “take care of it today” That was it. THEN she called back about an hour later and said that they found the package!!!! The story she gave was that the label fell off. Ya right. So they she said she would send it right away.
