Filled out the forms today, listing everything about the lost item. I knew I should have saved the paper work. ….serial number! who would even think you’d need to save that…..ORIGINAL RECEIPT!! you gotta be kidding!! I’ll do my best, but “replacement value” seems like the best option. By the way if ever have to fill out one of these forms, don’t call UPS for help, they tell you a different story each time.!!! Ok so fill out the forms and then wait…. 6 weeks!!!!!!!!! for them to cut a check…..
